This project required the rebuilding and extension of a complex of stone mill buildings on a steep site beside the river Mahon in Kilmacthomas. There are 23 two-bed and one studio apartment. All of the two-bedroom apartments are double aspect with the living spaces facing south and overlooking the river and the bedroom side overlooking the old railway viaduct and the Comeragh mountains.
