March 2010 - Help My House – new Irish service for homeowners gives expert advice on house defects and related issues for fixed fee
For a fixed fee, an experienced and reliable architect will call to a client’s house to examine and assess the problem – and then provide a written list of what to do next.
In one simple visit, all the questions about whether a job will be big or small (or not needed at all) will be answered or further necessary diagnosis recommended.
The fee for a visit from the Help My House architect is fixed at just €150 for most urban areas and elsewhere at €200 (VAT and expenses are included)…there are no hidden charges.
Help My House guarantees to respond to every enquiry within two days and to visit their house within two weeks.
The Help My House service is available countrywide and all their Area architects are members of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland – so homeowners can be sure that the advice given is totally professional and unbiased.
